Too many balls in the air?

I read a really wise piece of advice on the Rebel Badge fb page - start one badge and work your way through it. I wish I could take that advice but I am more a serial-starter than methodical finisher. Occasionally, this 'strategy' works to my advantage with the joy of finishing several things in rapid succession. Mainly, it results in abandoned WIPs (Work in Progress) and crap everywhere. Did I mention tripping over a box of shea butter earlier?
I haven't been in work this week but plan to return on Monday, so I was determined to make the most of today and get some things done. I've been pretty productive so far (by my standards) but the thing I am most proud of is sorting a bunch of stuff for the charity shop and actually dropping it off rather than driving it round for weeks. I feel pathetically proud of myself and hope to tick off something towards a badge. I'm off to sit in the garden with a V&T and and enjoy the sunshine while I contemplate what to start next. Cheers!
I get the idea of only doing one badge at a time, but like you I am a serial starter - I also have many WIPs (or PHDs as I prefer to call them - Projects Half Done) - I am doing 3 BOMs this year, not to mention those I started in previous years…
However - some of the badges are linked (in my mind at least) - like Writer and Diarist, Fitness and Runner, My Goals and Good Habits. Some tie in with things I am already doing, or that I want to do this year: for example, one of my resolutions is to get out in the garden and grow vegetables, - so there is the Gardener…
