Stevie Wonder is in my head.

The older I get, the more of a problem I have with lyrics getting trapped in my head. Worst still, I often find myself singing them in inappropriate places or at inappropriate times. So here I am, contemplating the RBC Birthday Badge with Stevie Wonder endlessly singing in my head. If this blog makes no sense, we all know who is to blame.
First up, a badge from each section. I'm delighted that I'd already done that.
Creative - Artist, Craft, Critic, Designer and Writer. I think I might give Phitographer a go next but noone has to worry about me tackling Dancer.
Global - Animal Lover, Fundraiser and Linguist are done with others underway.
Grown Up - Adulting, Event Planner and Money Saver are done. I may give Baker a go and really need to look at Investor.
Self Aware - My Collection and My Goals are finished. My Roots is underway.
Wellness - Apothecary was the first badge I started, with Fitness and Reader also ticked off.
Wild - Codebreaker cuts a lonely figure in this section.
Make a card.
Well okay then. Watched an online tutorial, made a card, threw it away, watched the tutorial again, made the card properly. I used sticky-backed fabric from my stash to decorate it. The "cover" card colour makes a difference, as it looked strangely two-dimensional without it.

Learn to sing... no apologies for the dreadful singing but apologies to every speaker of Spanish for my attempt at the language.
Make a birthday cake and eat AT LEAST one slice.
I'm no baker - there is too much measuring and far too many rules for my taste. What is it about this (non) cult that had me having a go?
My cake looks like a pancake and is punching above its weight as far as the decoration is concerned. I really liked making the marbled shards and thoroughly enjoyed "washing up" after this stage. Luckily, I have no bakery-opening dreams! Nonetheless, it tasted lovely and we know what we are having for breakfast!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, REBEL BADGE BOOK!
