Like many Rebels, I hit up the free Duolingo for my daily Spanish lesson and have found it to be a really useful app. I was determined to use it daily for the first three months at least. As you can see, I managed that and am still going a month later.

I've watched a TV programme, read a short story and translated part of it, etc and my final clause - to cook a dish from a country where my chosen language is spoken has been hanging around like a bad smell until today. Too late for breakfast, too early for lunch so I made tortilla for brunch. Simple but muy deliciosa.
