For the Fitness Badge, the bestie and I planned our challenge together, as we were already swimming together twice weekly and had no plan to stop.
For April, we set the challenge to do at least 28 x 25m for each swim. The other activities were at least 30 min walks and cycles, with the aim of 13 activities overall. I exceeded my target and managed 17 sessions, easier to manage because of the school holidays.
May saw our swim challenge increase to a minimum of 32 x 25m and an aim to do at least 14 sessions, again a mixture of swims, walks and cycles. Again, I exceeded the target.
We ramped it up again for June with an aim of 40 x 25m swims, with an increased overall aim of 16 sessions. I passed that post too.
As well as the sessions I counted, I continued my routine of walking to and from work twice a day, a ten minute walk, but I kept it brisk.

The tracker was very motivating and I'm very pleased to award myself the badge. I do feel a bit fitter but have lost not one ounce of fat!
I'd love to be losing weight but I do feel healthier for being more active, regardless of my weight. It also has a positive effect on my mood.
I’ve been doing the Fitness badge, and I know what you mean about not losing! I run at least 3 times a week, and also try to include some other exercise in (walking, swimming), but don’t seem to be losing much weight - I think I am losing inches though - which is just as good!
