Fitness Badge - month 1

There's a low basline here, if I'm to be honest, but anything has got to be better than nothing.
If you've read any of my previous posts, you'll know that Julie (the bestie) and I do a lot of stuff together and that included planning this badge. We set three activities (which we already do) and agreed minimum distances in order to count them.
For a swim to count, we agreed on a minimum of 28x25m lengths, cycling of 4 miles plus and walks of 2 miles or more. As you can see, we're not about to enter any triathlons!
But it's exercise and time when we're not on screens or eating cakes, so has to be a good thing. I also challenged myself to ride on the road, where I normally stick to parks as I'm not especially confident.
I set the target of 13 days in April and managed 17, so I'm calling the first month a success. Fingers crossed for May, though I'm starting the month sitting on my arse and drinking wine. Cheers!
