Designer Badge - hats. Ish.

Julie and I decided to kickstart our assault on the Designer Badge by raiding the charity shop bags and playing Sewing Bee. Emma, Julie's 13 year old set us the challenge to make hats.

We definitely used second-hand garments. The new items are definitely different to their origins. On the basis that the fact that they went on our heads, we are calling them hats, though we appreciate it is quite a loose definition.

Emma is honing her diplomatic skills, awarding Julie a prize for style and me for practicality.
